  • All orders are shipped via USPS United States Post Office - Parcel Post.

  • All orders may be upgraded to USPS United States Post Office - Priority Mail for a small fee.

  • All orders ship within 1-3 days from the confirmed order date, except items designated to ship in a stated time frame.

  • Items that ship within a designated time frame visibly state the shipping terms on that products page.

  • Items are typically shipped via USPS, except oversize or over weight items may ship via UPS ground or common freight. 

  • Most items ship free to the continental US, lower 48-states, with shipping charges included in price of items purchased.

  • Most items are shipped with a tracking or delivery confirmation number Trailwood will email to the customer.   

  • Customer requested shipping preferences will be honored baring unforeseeable events such as carrier labor strikes or weather related disasters during which time Trailwood will expedite shipping with changes in carrier or methods. 

  • Trailwood reserves the right to change shipping carriers and methods due to unforeseeable events.

  • International shipments will be considered on an individual basis.  Shipping outside of the US is restricted as allowed by the USPS.  Trailwood Western Store is a US based business. 

  • Additional shipping or handling changes may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International destinations.

Trailwood uses a tracking number provided by the USPS to track shipments and provides you with the tracking information that with access to the following on-line shipment tracking system you can view shipment information.

Shipping Methods:

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - Domestic Parcel Post Rates

  Delivery made in an average of 5-9 days.

   Delivery to every US address in the - including PO Boxes and military APO address.

   Saturday and residential deliveries.

   A surcharge applies to certain items including packages weighing over 35 pounds and certain shapes (e.g. tubes, rolls and large packages)

   Parcel Post packages can weight up to 70 pounds and measure up to 130 inches in combined length and girth around the thickest part.
