GUARANTEE
Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 30-day of purchase from our store. Refunds will be made to your Credit Card or Pay Pal account upon receipt of the returned item. Exchanges may be requested in lieu of a refund and will be granted if an agreeable like kind exchange can be agreeably negotiated within 30-days of sale. Additional shipping charges may be required for exchanges weighing over 40 lbs, Priority Mail,
oversize or irregular sized boxes (we use the U.S.P.S. definitions for oversize and irregular box sizes).
Shipment tracking numbers will be provided on all shipments, except for some First-Class letter mail.
RETURN
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in shopping with Trailwood. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply contact Trailwood at out toll free number (866) 470-7744. You must return the item in it's original packaging [or comparable packaging with all original documents and parts] with in 30 days. Christmas gifts purchased between October and December must be returned by
January 31st the following year.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item. You will need to pay the shipping carrier of your choice to return any items back to Trailwood.
REFUND
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or Pay Pal account used to make the purchase. Upon receipt of any returned item the refund will be processed and an email sent to you confirming the amount refunded to you account.
